If you experience a machine malfunction, need a refund, or encounter a machine that needs restocking there are easy ways to let us know so we can address the issue.

Machines are outfitted with at QR code sticker that when accessed will take you to the vendor's site where you can request a refund, report a problem or leave feedback. If for some reason the QR Code does not work. there is a toll-free number to call as well as an email address.
